Midfielder Posted March 3, 2014 Author Posted March 3, 2014 lame excuse. Passanger train team' date=' average captain.[/quote'] match was decided with only few balls left.
The Outsider Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Full points for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. :nice:
Desi Cartman Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 First I would like to congratulate Pakistan but the real reason was crappy schedule. As a coach I can tell you two tough games back to back are hard to play. Pakistan had four days off to rest and India played SL and pakistan in two day span. pakistan is really not that much of a team but let us be proud we took the game to the last over. Quit looking for scapegoats as everyone played well. I m proud of indian performance. :WTF:

Midfielder Posted March 3, 2014 Author Posted March 3, 2014 I was concerned about the schedule before the game. Thread got locked.
Haarkarjeetgaye Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Virat yes' date=' Dhoni no[/quote'] ok..you are also making a strategic mistake like your hero by posting such a crazy reason for the loss, unless this was a joke.

Does that make Afghanistan a better team than India since they were given the same gap and won their game against Bangladesh?
Midfielder Posted March 3, 2014 Author Posted March 3, 2014 Does that make Afghanistan a better team than India since they were given the same gap and won their game against Bangladesh? Seriously. Is afghanistan as good as SL or India?
Midfielder Posted March 3, 2014 Author Posted March 3, 2014 ok..you are also making a strategic mistake like your hero by posting such a crazy reason for the loss' date=' unless this was a joke.[/quote'] no mistake at all.
Gollum Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 We have won like 1 out of our last 20 games, that too against Bangladesh. Got humiliated everytime outside Asia, royally screwed up in this Cup......and you can't come up with a better excuse??
uakz Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Seriously. Is afghanistan as good as SL or India? Well, you technically said that. ANY game is a tough game for Afghanistan. They were given the same amount of rest, yet they pulled it of.

This was pakistan and we should not have lost. Trust me tough schedule at tha level takes a toll.
Sidhoni Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Trust me there is so much a human body can do. It need s rest. Two grueling matches back to back is a problem. SL also played against us and pak back to back and won both.
Midfielder Posted March 3, 2014 Author Posted March 3, 2014 Well' date=' you technically said that. ANY game is a tough game for Afghanistan. They were given the same amount of rest, yet they pulled it of.[/quote'] Please explain to me what exactly they pulled off?
Midfielder Posted March 3, 2014 Author Posted March 3, 2014 SL also played against us and pak back to back and won both. SL had two full days off, India had one. SL was parked there for several weeks also. Little things make a difference in close game.

TheWall Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Wrong title, it should have been 'Selection costs India Game'
Marut Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Point taken, but not a valid excuse. We lost due to several small blunders that added up.
