No. They struggled to pick the tailenders. World class attack shouldnt struggle to get tailenders. Lyon is ok. Their pace attack is good but spin is weak.

i would still rate both attacks on an even keel... SAF struggled in this test because Steyn and Morkel were both injured and significantly restricted.... otherwise there is no difference between the versatility of the two bowling line-ups Australia are just in better form overall atm and SAF is feeling the loss of someone like kallis who is an ATG.

Lyon did zilch in 3rd test and SA spinner Dumini and Elgar picked wickets, still Aus won.
