US Intel confirms rocket was shot from territory control by russian backed rebel (US satellite image confirmed it) 2. Most likely it was fired using buuk system 3. Bukk system is complicated and operating is not easy. And because of that, there is a possibility of mishandling/miscalculating launching of missile. Another really depressing fact - there were over 100 HIV/AIDS researchers on that flight - all were working to cure this disease, and now all of them dead. But still I am never at ease when there is even a little turbulence, during take-offs I am never relaxed. These kind of incidents further scare me.
