We are in the middle of a world cup and team is playing good cricket. These news can seriously shift the teams focus from the game specially when the skipper is under scrutiny. Do you think these fixing scam will affect our performance in T'20 World Cup? 1st round exit maybe? :((:((

As for India's performance - its tamasha kirkut so who cares how we do....

Real tamasha starts in a months time, this time might be without their yellow joker :giggle:
Switchblade Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 That's what worries me as well while these things which are happening are good but the timing is bit unfortunate plus with allegations of MS having conflict of interest where he lied about Guru being a cricket enthusiast must be affecting him even though he may not show it.

Dhoni, predictably, skipped the pre-match media briefing. It is not mandatory for captains to address the media before and after a match, but the decision to send Rohit Sharma helped Dhoni avoid commenting — or giving a straight-faced “no comments” remark — on an issue that is taboo when players speak on record. By presenting him before the media, the team management sought to ensure that the focus remained only on the World T20. The captain had predictable brushed off the questions, saying the focus was on the next day’s game.
