It is every Muslims duty, not every Pakistanis but every Muslims duty to support their brother weather he is the oppressor or the oppressed.

There are many types of jihad, one is for freedom as is the case in kashmir, another which is the greatest jihad is the establishment of Allah law on Allah earth.

Nah there is a hadith I will post it below you will understand it better that way. “Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is oppressed.†The Prophet was asked: “It is right to help him if he is oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an oppressor?†He replied: “By preventing him from oppressing others.â€{Sahih Bukhari, Volume 3, Hadith 624}
