Not happening. btw ndtv saying you need 50 seats to be leader of opposition it can happen that indian parliament has no leader of opposition Cong sure needs 55 seats to become the official opposition party but even if they end up with less seats they will still be asked to name a leader of opposition. Happened in Bihar assembly election in 2005.
