Anybody who thinks that "cause of action" for this complaint in some incident at wankhede stadium must be too naïve. This separated couple has been in fighting mode since their break-up. Of course there would have been lot of ego clashes and they would have tried to hurt each other in different ways. Now when you are at war with somebody, you feel entitled to use all the weapons that you have at your disposal. That's what Zinta did here. She had grievances against Ness Wadia, some of them could be very much justified so she filed a case. It would be slightly immaterial to her if she was really molested or what was the extent of that molestation. She was aggrieved with Ness Wadia, so she filed this case.

All women are just evil creatures waiting to file false cases against men just to harass them or get back at them. Let's completely ignore the fact that false cases form less than 0.01% of all molestation and harassment case against women in India and people who take the woman's side are always likely to be right Some other misconceptions 1) If you are in a break up with your ex, then all charges of harassment are wrong- On the contrary, most women are harassed by their ex during this period because of ego issue. And things might get physical. A huge probability of this happening 2) A celebrity women cannot be harassed. She is too strong - The list of celebrities who have harassed are endless 3) Delay in case means it is a false case - In truth most rapes and molestation/harassment cases are filed days after the incident happen. It takes courage for a woman to decide to go public, particularly if it is against her ex. They will speak with relatives or friends who them convince them 4) Because you are someone's ex and had sex, why would he molest you? - Just because you had sex with someone doesn't mean you cannot be attacked? You can be raped/molested by even your husband or fiancee', let alone an ex

Initial complaint was about molestation and now her lawyer saying, of course after finding that things can be seen on TV, that there was no molestation or anything of sexual assault. So why brought molestation charges? Exactly same thing I had posted two days ago that Zinta would have been aggrieved for various reasons (and may be rightfully) so she filed the case of molestation, though molestation might not have happened actually. Now her own lawyer says molestation didn't happen.

There are 1000s of more frivolous cases, like facebook posts, etc which police are wasting time on, but hey I don't see you pointing them out 2) Why is a case of harassment against a women not serious, just because she is a celebrity or rich and famous?

Come off it, as I said before, % of false case in India are less than 0.01%. So not only are you indirectly blaming all the victims of molestation but you are trying to paint a complete false picture of women as instigators and men as victims when all the facts and figures are completely opposite your view. In fact views such as yours are why women in India never get justice and never will. This blaming of the victim is ingrained in the society

I see nothing wrong with it She insisted on filing a case for molestation, where now after being exposed, her lawyer says that there was no molestation or sexual assault involved. And you see no wrong with that?? Do you even understand the intent of IPC 354? and stop creating and blabbering stats from your imagination. where this .01 thing is coming from. If you don't have any source to back it up, just use word low or so. No wonder that real victim don't get the justice when complaints are condoned by all such pseudo caretakers of women rights.
