Or are you telling me if any other bowled in his place would have got 17 wickets in a 2 test series to win us the games. Yes he should have been dropped but the hate gets irrational. Wonder boy Shami has only 1 wicket more than Zak in the series. He earned a place in this squad but should he play the tests thats a debate for another day

Contrast this to ipl auctions are held way before the tournament & are presented in a glorious manner. The players are given leeway to attend the franchise arranged camps instead of playing a domestic tournament. Look at the money & effort they put for every single match of ipl auction& contrast it with a test. Clearly they don't give a rats behind so why bother playing overseas at all ?
