Philander succeeded because he was super accurate and seamed the ball regularly. And bowled 50% of the time in South Africa where the pitches provided the pace and bounce that he lacked along with movement that such pacers require. He did NOT succeed because he lacked pace.

Arshadeep such a bright person bowling leg stump line continuously, when he knows Rinku like others is so strong on side player

Plus the strip they are playing on brings the leg side boundary closer

Arshdeep seems brainless... Rinku isn't that devastating against close to wide Yorkers deliveries like Pant...and he was bowling in his arc.

So Arshdeep and Kaul go for almost 10 runs an over in a KO match against a state side and all that Razdan and Malhotra can do is praise them.  Amazing  !!

Prabhsimran is like Sehwag, don't move his legs much and hence deliveries moving late will always be a problem.

Abhishek in return plays him better, Jaiswal already smashed him pretty well in IPL.
