ThePhenomenal1 Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Idiot MS Dhoni has messed it up imo - Didnt even try to attack anderson from ball one. Should have got fields in, and a short ball attack. This is shameful - Went defensive at the end for some reason Post other things he did wrong cause its ridiculous how we cant see a win now. Despite scoring 450 :nervous: I also blame jadeja and binny. Binny failed to keep things tight and jadeja cant even get 1 wicket.
Gollum Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 The only constant in Indian cricket is this *******'s captaincy. Time and again, time and again. How the hell can Binny play ahead of Ashwin/Yadav?
Midfielder Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 I will let that go but selecting Binny over ashwin that is crap.
Deleted_User_1 Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 This is why India can't do shyt! There have no killer instinct.....
ThePhenomenal1 Posted July 11, 2014 Author Posted July 11, 2014 This is why India can't do shyt! There have no killer instinct..... they had it when ishant got the 2 wickets. but after broad.. nothing.
ThePhenomenal1 Posted July 11, 2014 Author Posted July 11, 2014 I will let that go but selecting Binny over ashwin that is crap. ashwin would only add more runs imo. bhuvi stepped up with the bat and showed he can replace binny anyday and we can have a 3rd seamer.. so 4 seamers with bhuvi as the supposed allrounder. if you want ashwin, drop jadeja. selection is not the issue, its the lack of attacking the tail. i would have bombed anderson with short balls till he cried
SLICKR392 Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Root was merrily dancing around and taking singles at will. Why on earth would you allow him to take a single when they are 9 down? Finish the ****ing thing when you have the opportunity!
vijay50 Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 They dont have good bowlers and asusual **** captaincy from Dhoni in tests.
CSK Fan Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 They dont have good bowlers and asusual **** captaincy from Dhoni in tests. On the contrary bowlers exceeded expectations on a flat pitch. Were you even watching?
JaiRamesh2 Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 It was demoralising to see the very first over of second new ball go for 14 runs. It set the tone for the toothless Indian attack.

You didnt even see the match, did you, just checked score on cricinfo. our bowlers have been amazing on a dead pitch and easily outbowled the English
vvvslaxman Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 It is waste of time nitpicking Dhoni every series . Okay.. You had your time .. but you can't give results. Whatever you try is not working. blaming bowlers, batsmen is easier. Let someone else get the chance to blame bowlers and batsmen. Now step aside.
satishg Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Not sure what match you guys were following, its a dead pitch. James Anderson had so much time to hit a backfoot cover drive, thats how flat it is. And we took 8 wickets for 300 runs today, that is quite an effort by the bowlers. We do not have an out an out fast bowler who can bowl amazing yorkers or short balls that will scare the hell out of tail enders. So we have to be expect these kinda partnerships. Shami looked totally in effective in the last hour, maybe he was tired so stop nitpicking and be happy that we are in a comfortable position in this match.
kubrickian Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Wouldn't really call them 'toothless' after their effort today on a dead pitch. That is just naive and harsh! That typifies the average Indian fan actually. :cantstop:
vvvslaxman Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 It all comes down to how badly you want an overseas win. Since our win in South Africa followed by West Indies we have not won anything outside subcontinent. 10 test losses over the span of 4 series. It is more and more likely that pattern is going to continue.
ThePhenomenal1 Posted July 11, 2014 Author Posted July 11, 2014 Dhoni doesnt want it badly. Angelo mathews wanted it badly. Thats why he kept on attacking anderson right down to the last over and he won. You have to risk losing. You have to work on weaknesses

CSK Fan Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Dhoni wants to avoid 5-0 and do just enough to retain his place. The hunger is gone
