shortbread Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 He's 2 double centuries away from breaking Bradman's record. 12 at the moment, that's really something. Among the top 3 from the SC along with SG & Dravid.
thongale Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 Knew Sangakkara will stay on to break Sachins records. Lol at SL fans who say SL cricketers never play cricket selfishly. http://www.gocricket.com/Sangakkara-could-stay-on-to-break-Tendulkars-record/Rex-Clementine/columnshow/45304189.cmsAbsolute tosh. He wanted to retire but it was the board who requested him to stay for one more season (till mid 2016) since big four leaving within two years would be a big problem for the batting line up (three have already retired i.e. Dilshan, MJ and Samaraweera). And he has indicated this could be his last overseas tour.
Raghav_12 Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 Absolute tosh. vijay50 Posted January 4, 2015 Author Posted January 4, 2015 Sangakkara getting there and showing how it is done against these crappy NZ landers.

Gollum Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 and you must have had the best weed in the world for breakfast. Boult+Southee+Wagner+Bracewell+Craig for NZ Steyn+Philtrundler+Giraffe+Tahir:hehe: for RSA Which is better???
Darth Bane Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 Even if he doesn't overtake Tendulkar does not mean he is not better than Tendulkar.
Vijy Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 Boult+Southee+Wagner+Bracewell+Craig for NZ Steyn+Philtrundler+Giraffe+Tahir:hehe: for RSA Which is better??? Only 4 of the above 5 NZ bowlers play in a given test. Wagner has the slightly better record, so let's compare them. Steyn might decline sometime, but over the past few years, he is indisputably the finest pacer in the world. Better than Southee/Boult. Morkel is like Southee - both avg 30 (which is not great), but have different reasons. Southee took a while to blossom, and Morkel mostly builds the pressure and allows Steyn and Philander to get wickets. Even though Philander is quite ordinary in unhelpful wickets, I'd still rate him better than Wagner/Bracewell for his ability to hold one end up. Tahir vs Craig: Both are pretty much crap. Piedt is better though. SA is easily the better attack than NZ. When Johnson is firing, so is Oz.
Old guy Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 Boult+Southee+Wagner+Bracewell+Craig for NZ Steyn+Philtrundler+Giraffe+Tahir:hehe: for RSA Which is better??? It is not even comparable south Africa hands down and they just replaced tahir and have abbot
BeautifulGame Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 Boult+Southee+Wagner+Bracewell+Craig for NZ Steyn+Philtrundler+Giraffe+Tahir:hehe: for RSA Which is better??? SA. And it isn't even close.
thongale Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 the best bowling+fielding unit in the worldWould have been true if a fit Vettori was playing. Guy is an absolute gem when it comes to shutting up an end for scoring.
