This device has flash nand so having **** load of photos should not matter but for sake of being objective just consider this ....iphone was unboxed this week while other phone has been in use for some time so any argument you have about slow down only skews the comparison in favor of newer device and not older one.. I do not know what ur problem is with this ? It's video comparing speed of devices for information of people who find it important to know actual speed of device .. My problem is that the test is useless as its comparing 2 phones which have different OS, hardware and haven differently designed apps. Secondly this has no significance in anybody's life. If "winning" this makes people who are obsessed with apple or with android happy then so be it. It's just not important to me at all. My comments have been to state that the test is BS. If you see some credibility in it then good.

Should I give u my reason to post this but u would have to change ur attitude and understand I have htc one m7 2013 version this year I saw htc one m8 and I thought performance was good but not worth upgrading yet I waited for sony phone and same happened then I waited for moto x and even posted here and still was not impressed and now this came and still performance is same ...basically I am not upgrading and this provides solid informations hat ur last year device is just as quick as newest 800 bucks device

You are The one who started making excuses first about app design which is actually bottleneck in android and after that storag being full without actually being aware about test . I proved you everything was in favor of newer device which this guy just unboxed he it shows you plain and simple that in real world htc one launches apps just as quick if not quicker than new iphone 6 ..if you know better way to compare please share I can share benchmark but that is actual bullshit where one bench mark will show one device ahead but other will show 2 Nd device ahead But on geek bench they both score same in Java scripts Apple device score more . Basically hardware is very compareBke and performance is very comparable ...stop takin it personally it was not intended to show anyone down but to compare performance between 2 alternatives . Actually 3 as I mentioned Galaxy s5 which is freaking android came last ...but let's ignore that and blame me for making os you like look bad :winky: Basically information what I shared was that htc launches app quicker than iphone but galaxys5 with same hardware as htc one lags behind! But let's ignore that ...let's make it android vs iOS instead of getting information .

Btw having different os which are competing with each other makes them direct competitors ...just because os is different does not means they are not comparable . Apps are designed differently we all agree but consumer like me cares about end result...if I have one year old phone and I tap Instagram icon and it launches quick that is all that matters Consumer does not cares about what language program was written in,,they do not care if it runs in VM or native or if it's c+ or Java ...only end result matters Also this last thingi have to say ..what you are saying explains the difference in speed which I understand very well but it should not be excuse for being slow( I am not calling it slow ) they in the end are compareBke device with comparable proce with same apps and same target market! All comparison about speed are valid because as end user this tells me I should not upgrade this year I would have no gain ...there will be no speed boost. Now if you are upgrading for bigger screen,better camera,better Touch ID or Apple pay please do but this comparisons shows upgrading for speed will give you no gains and you are better off sticking to your device ..

In fact Im at times amused and at time pissed off seeing people taking so much interest in a freaking phone, but then we all follow sports which isnt much better either :cantstop: After reading your reason I can see why you would be interested in comparing different handsets. I am not worked up or anything, Im just not impressed with the tests and dont really care who won but can see why you would care. Even if there is a 10% performance difference between 2 OS, I dont think a lot of people will move for that. I have everything apple at home so even if my phone is 10-20% slower, I probably wouldnt switch to android.

I wrote it this post only... micro second does not matter but very fact last generation phone on many occasions is quicker than brand new phone matters .

I know you ..you are probably coolest guy here so sorry if I sounded angry that was not intention but I have my hobbies and this is one of bigger ones and being passionate about aomething I like and understand is not really a bad thing ... Also I am not even talking about switching os ..on this very thread I recommended iphone to people Today on chat I recomended one former icf member iphone :winky: This was just pure comparison with 3 different phones which people might consider before buying ..you can check my posts for few months I was talking about selling my phone and either getting his iphone or motox in he end both are not worth it and this video proves it . Old guy Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Also it's just speed comparison iphone destroyes htc one in camera Htc destroys iphone in audio and call quality iPhone has Touch ID while htc one has better battery back up .so there is lot more to it and depending on ur needs and ecosystem lock in and habit you might prefer one over other I never said switch from iphone 6 to htc one because it's quicker ...that was not intention I use ipad for same reason over android tablets because ecosystem is better for me .. I really hope I made it clear ...really man you are last person on this site I will want to have argument with or offend .. Only time I will do that is when Rohit sharma and ishant sharma are losing us matches :D
