How can you ban it for no reason ? If you can turn ball away without chucking how is it any of anyone's business which way ball goes or what it does after pitching ? Chucking is onto concerned with bending of arm and straightening yes if particular bowler can not ball certain delivery without chumming "he" should be banned from using it not everyone else in world who bowls doosra without chucking

Ban chucking. Nothing else. Carrom ball is like doosra going the other way with the flick of fingers rather than using the whole elbow with bent arm. All variations are welcome as long as they are with in the laws.
