Marco Polo Posted September 21, 2014 Author Posted September 21, 2014 Rayudu would be indias lone savior in wc are you sure its Rayudu and not uthappam? :giggle:
aceofbase Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Rayudu had some issues with shivlal yadav who is very powerful in BCCI. Yet the only reason he is here today is because of Sachin's backing..The same support has him getting selected for mumbai Indians.. I am not saying he does not deserve to be selected. He is obviously very talented and has the backing of the team management. All Rayudu haters complain here that he plays too slowly for ODIs. The reason is he has been assigned that role to play in case there is a top order collapse. Dhoni mentioned that a couple of times. Anyways as I mentioned in a previous post he is not in the first eleven for the world cup... Rohit dhawan kohli rahane raina dhoni jadeja ashwin bk shami mohit/umesh. will be our eleven . in case dhawan is not in form or injured, then rahane and rohit will open and then rayudu will take 4 .
Laaloo Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 We will not win anyway due to law of averages. More excited for the IPL 2015 than this WC. True hey at least one Indian team has a chance in the IPL. And yet the team with the best foreign players will win in the end. :dontknow:
Laaloo Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Rayadu and Mohit Sharma Man the mediocrity never ends huh

I am also taking his domestic career into account, On Aus A tour where Jahdav and Vohra were striking at over 100 , this guy was struggling at 78 and he is supposed to be an international cricketer. He has shown no ability at any stage and if you think he will transform into a good hitter suddenly then you are simply mistaken my friend Get Samson or Jadhav instead of this joker

It depends at which position a batsman is batting. If its middle order, there is a need to build partnerships and hence strike rate of 80 is good. If you are batting down the order, strike rate would be high as they would be batting in slog overs and will be looking for boundaries.

When players who haven't even made their international debut are outscoring you then you don't deserve to be in the team ahead of them I forgot to add his batting average in aus A tour was 38. Jadhav had 50+ average and samson had 80+ average on the same tour. Even Vohra averaged 38 on australia A tour but he did it at a strike rate above 100
kira Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Rayudu apologists need to open their eyes. We got better players than Hackadu
aceofbase Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Rayudu apologists need to open their eyes. We got better players than Hackadu Dude..Your opinion counts for a big zero..Thankfully we have better people than you in the selection and Indian team management.
aceofbase Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 I have nothing against kedar and samson..they are both extremely talented guys..Kedar might be a bit unlucky and samson is definetly the future star of India..
kira Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Dude..Your opinion counts for a big zero..Thankfully we have better people than you in the selection and Indian team management. lol Butthurt that your rayudu ain't good enough. He will be kicked out soon, you can only fool someone for so long B->

RedFever Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Will the biryani be delivered incase rayudu is not selected in the squad ?
moniker Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Rahul Dravid had a better ODI strike rate than Rayudu. Go figure.
Haarkarjeetgaye Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 You cant draft in new players just 3 months before the cup. Have to go with Mohit and Rayudu for the experience they have built. Rayudu has played some crucial knocks under pressure. I hate the guy too but we dont have many options
Haarkarjeetgaye Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 while I see Mohit today,he comes across as a very good cricketer
gattaca Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Rahul Dravid had a better ODI strike rate than Rayudu. Go figure. So has rayudu played as many matches as a Rahul dravid ? Then we go figure.
