that is exactly what is happening right now and bi of chucking iwll not even be reported going over 15 to 20 sometimes is understandable and i do not even think you get banned for bowling 1 odd deliver like that if average is much lower. but what we saw recently was complete joke with bowlers literally throwing deliveries

I am asking of raising limit to 20 too.Not supporting Ajmal,Sena like cases as I already mentioned

The other countries that banned it are also unable to produce a good world class offie except Swann. Ofcourse bowling off spin is possible but it'll be only be a defensive option as batsmen can play them all day long.You won't see them troubling any good batsmen unless pitches are friendly.Even then only some can do it.

No I am asking of adding variety like doosra.Its proven impossible to do it under current limits.but its an exciting delivery which troubles batsmen.Swann was good but not many bowlers will do well without doosra imo in today's age Tracks need to be better too along with longer boundaries

let them develop other legal variation like flight,change of pace ,and for change turning a ball! what next its impossible to bowl quick at 170 kmph let them bend arm ?

Yeah I am all for that (first part:cantstop:) but it often doesnt prove enough nowadays.You either both types of innovations or dont allow switch hit etc too.I am personally in favour of both :--D Tracks are biggest issue but that doesnt seem like changing atleast in LOIs. Quicks dont need to bowl 170 kmph to be effective.But I doubt whether under current conditions offies can survive without these variations

Same Narine never did well in England and NZ with all his carom balls and chucking. So, it is unfair on other bowlers who don't chuck.

Its like batting.Guys like Sachin,Kohli did well in ODIs without needing switch hits,dilscoops etc.But those having those shots will always be more advantageous over those who don't on a normal basis. My point is either allow both or none.
