We were 320+76-4.Could have easily given them more overs if he batted even at his usual rate.But he didnt try to accelerate after getting set too

Actually we were 11/3. Then we had a Dravid-Ganguly partnership where Dravid was blocking everything and Ganguly slamming away. That must have been the strategy between the two, but now 12 in 96 looks too slow in hindsight.

And Test tuk tuk is well known, and for a player like Yuvi doing it in a high profile T20 game is a crime! He could have just tried to whack it and got out

Ganguly got a quick fifty and got out, but Dravid lost his wicket so we were again five down. If Dravid could have held on, the other guys could have tried to accelerate.

same for Dravid,no?We were looking to declare early and after seeing off initial spell he could have tried accelerating.But he didnt do it.His wicket wouldnt have hurt us much if he got out just bcoz its Test doesnt mean tuk tuk is good all the time.

IPL is much easier standard.and even there he failed mostly except few knocks on Bangalore patta(one which you watched live:--D) I was over it before all of you :finger:

Yuvi has won us many many games,and yes that innings in WT20 final was pathetic,but that was more due to lack of form than being selfish....He is rightfully dropped and may never play for india again.....Not a single person even the most hardcore Yuvi supporter will come out and say well that's a way he plays like "You know Who" who always gives a blank expression after we loose playing as a sheet anchor to even a No11 and wait for them to hit out

Actually the Fab Four has given us so much to be happy about, I hate to write a single line castigating them. They are all human and had their flaws, but they will always remain my heroes. I am not going to get caught in this trap of hating one to support the other.

I am not going to get caught in this trap of hating one to support the other.[/quote'] True ,Fab Four+Sehwag+Kumble+Srinath+Zak+Bhajji+Yuvi will always be respected for their contribution..... the only thing is to put this myth to rest that SRT was this selfish and greedy person where as Dravid selflessly laboured for the benefit of the country....I don't have a problem with Dravid,I don't mind some of his genuine fans....I have a problem when people use him as an adopted "god" to disregard SRT No denying that at the end of the day all these players did their best for the team and the country
