I don't know the legal aspects involved here, but how difficult is it for IC to sell the subsidiary to some Srini Loyalist who will be the new CSK owner? Will that not be similar to how DC, a subsidiary of Deccan Chronicle was sold to Maran? The new owner can continue to use the CSK brand name if the existing owners allow them to use it... Isn't that win-win for Srini?

I really doubt Srini would sell CSK for BCCI position which is anyway going to go at some point.

They are not going to sell IC shares. Board will decide the price. 2. DCHL had no control over its own shaRes because all the promoter shares were pledged 3.
