Gollum Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Pathetic country, not an ounce of pity for these animals.
achilles Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 The country that is a disgrace to humanity refuses to learn its lessons, even after killings its own kids.
riya Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Well done Pakistan very well done...Keep it up!!
bones Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 I'm afraid I can't see what the issue is, at the moment he is innocent, he may well be guilty, probably is. But it will need to be proven in court. Until then he is innocent, that's the way of the world. So if he's given bail then, well you just have to accept it.

If an accused of yesterday's Peshawar massacre is arrested do you think Pakistan would release him and keep him out in open until his guilt is proven in court beyond reasonable doubt ? You need to understand concept of bail a bit before talking about it.

You need to understand concept of bail a bit before talking about it. I understand the concept of bail full well, there are probably many details that the public are oblivious to. He's probably had to go through multiple different authorities and appeal after appeal from judge to judge. People are quick to jump to conclusions. I'm not going to ever change my opinion, you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If there is corruption or a fault in the system, that's another matter. He was given bail, the other suspects were not and have not, so clearly there are details that have not been given.

If an accused of yesterdays Peshawar massacre is arrested, would you say he should be given bail until proven guilty in court of law?
riya Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Pakistan and Anti Terrorist court....sounds like Oxymoron...
bones Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Answer this. If an accused of yesterdays Peshawar massacre is arrested' date=' would you say he should be given bail until proven guilty in court of law?[/quote'] It's not as simple as that though is it? He wouldn't be given bail just like that, he would have to go through so many different judges and his lawyers would be trying to find a loophole in the laws in the same way that this guy's lawyers have probably done here. It's a pretty pointless comparison, as all of them who were involved in the Peshawar attack were killed. I'm repeating myself and it's getting boring, but there are probably many details that the public are not aware of and without them, it's difficult to form a solid opinion. My main opinion though remains, innocent until proven guilty in court.
scorpio90 Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Sure! Pakistan lawyer are not working for 3 days mourning for peshawar. How come atc court was working? It was all fixed days ahead.

bones Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Sure! Pakistan lawyer are not working for 3 days mourning for peshawar. How come atc court was working? It was all fixed days ahead. The Prime Minister's 3 days of mourning speech carried as much weight as a feather does. It was close to empty. Nothing will stop and life will go ahead. Whilst I totally agree terrorism is one of a few offences that should never allow bail, genocide being the other. If he's been allowed it, that's more to do with the law than this individual case. Hence why as civilised citizens in the 21st century we should be condemning the law and judge and not picking out on this one individual case because it is so high profile.
