Duncan Fletcher-Dhoni - Test partners in crime

We keep blaming Dhoni but Duncan too has been part of this test teamunit and has been losing series after series. He was part of 0-8 in 2011 and and has been not able to change our test results overseas much. We might have been good in odi's but we have seen really poor overseas results. I think Duncan should not be used as test coach. He hasn't clearly benifitted us. Anyways, what is the role of director of cricket - Ravi Shastri. He surely isn't just translator. Time to send Duncan to UK.

In future while BCCI is hiring any coach, they should have a clause referring to termination at the will of BCCI

The BCCI can easily afford to pay the termination fee and get rid of Fletcher. If he is useless, why let him hang around just because of monetary reasons?
