He has already talked about it in 2012 and had said that he will see how his body holds up before 2015 WC and might quit one form of the game.

So Why did he come on the tour he should have rested, he has done that before resting for tests and playing odis only. Quiting on the team midway that too after losing the series is wrong ,what happened as a result is kohli never got a chance to establish himself as a captain but he might have two losses under his belt before the tour ends. Karn sharma whose call was that, and if dhoni did not come back would he have played all the tests, There can be only one logical assumption his authority on the team was waning and Kohli's perfomance with bat and his aggressive captaincy meant he was getting canned after the fourth test so he quit on high note of a draw that too where he played some part. So this excuse I am tired sounds very hollow.
