Guldozer Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 Is there a log of the fastest ball in this WC akin to how it is on the IPL website? I didn't find anything on the ICC official site. I think the fastest so far is Wahab with 154.5kph unless Milne surpassed it.

Tbh I was thinking the same but it just didn't swing Today for anyone,hardly any movement.I feared that yadav would have bowled like a canon fodder but he bowled well to his field,didn't bowl a single boundary ball

Even Warne and other commentators had the same view. Leaving it too late would be like wasting a talent that can be groomed into a powerful strike option.

Mohit bowled 133 to 137k kinda slow as he bowled at 142 against Africa. Bhuvi did swing but bowled between 125 to 136 but average pace is low 130k....swing also less. Not impressed.

express bowling Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Umesh bowled at an average pace of around 145 k today..... with deadly accuracy, swing and seam. Fastest of 147.1 k. Got 2 wickets. That is impressive even against a minnow.
adi B Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 umesh is comfortably averaging 90mph in his first spell without any effort.i think he needs to slip in a few effort balls,maybe full throttle bouncer or full length deliveries on the stump at 150+ as surprise deliveries.
