India is a diverse country with diverse problems. So stirring the pot every few years about a rape is not helping anyone. My anger is why the heck they let this lady take a video. That is where i am angry with the government. She created a diversion in the name of creating awareness. Sir, the documentary is NOT created by the government machinery therefore takes up no time. People like Udwin and BBC have lots of money and time in hand. They are free to spend it as they want.

I can't find a single "heil hitler" in the entire text. Isn't that the standard salutation in all official German correspondence? Obviously a long term solution is to change the attitudes in society. But there needs to be something Apart from consumer grievance related cases, fast track courts haven't really worked in this country. Especially when they involve criminal cases. The police work and data/ clues collation work by the Police is very antiquated. Forensics inaccurate and the 'experts' retract their 'analysis' in court without any legal consequences. This Al Ghul person is right. Just the presence of multiple fast track courts is not going to change much. The entire support structure wrt to an investigation has to be revamped and made more scientific. People involved in the investigation, be them first on the scene cops or forensic experts have to be accountable. Callous (or intentional) destruction of evidence has to be punishable.
