Its a marketing stunt (not that I find it cool but meh) but we guys too made annoying mauka ads (barring the first one which was pure gold and well received by all). One thing I have noticed is that both Indian and Pak posters are obsessed about how their rival is obsessed with their country. :hysterical:

What do you call this? Mumbai logic or just plain hypocrisy?

If you can't differentiate between an ad campaign to hype up a traditional rivalry (India-Pak) where India was actually playing Pak, and celebrating loss of a team when your team is not even playing or impacted by the result then you sure have a lower IQ than what I gave you credit for. Another difference - the mauka ad was aired before the game to raise the hype and get more eyeballs for the game, and this Pak "celebratory sale event", if I can call it that, happened after the game and that too when the result had no bearing on Pak in the world cup as Pak was already knock out. This would have been akin to Star Sports coming out with a "mauka" ad right after Pak had been knocked out after the cup. I'm not sure you will grasp these differences though.

Weren't the rest of the mauka ads based on India's matches through the Pakistani fan's perspective? Even when Pakistan wasn't involved, the ads were still focusing on the Pakistani fan. In this case it was after Pakis had been knocked out of the cup. Not riled up at all and only noting the difference and if that pic goes for "humor" in Pakiland then hats off to you guys' sense of humor :giggle:

Again Pakistan all about India failing rather than them succeeding. Ask yourself who is the actual insecure party. I wanted India to beat AUS and NZ in final :)

It's actually quite funny and just validates what we've said all along. Pak is more concerned with us failing than yourselves succeeding. What logic. Lolll
