Gollum Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Pretty sure we won't play 4 tests, BCCI doesn't give a **** about test cricket. We may end up playing 2 tests, 7 ODIs and 5 T20s.
CoverDrive Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 just have 3 test series with all major nations and 1 tests if you are visiting minnows. 4-5 tests are not not practical with schedules of today and if one tea is dominating then it gets pretty one-sided with one side losing interest quickly.

Number Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Last and only time we beat SA in a test series was 2004 I think. Both 2010 and 2008 our batsmen choked against them in slightly helpful conditions for bowling in the first innings of first test then we were always struggling to somehow drawn the series.
