vayuu1 Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 His knees has made it difficult for him, I have been saying this for ages, either play him at 6 or drop him, he has declined big time as a bat, playing at 3 on patta saurashtra pitches against margillay bowlers, is totally different than facing likes of mittches, southees,bolts, hazles, aands , barbies, steyn, morkel in aus, eng, nz and south africa, agreed he played well in sa but his decline is really worrying, especially, since the bench is looking thin, Rahane is better suited at 3.

He's already demonstrated that he's a much better player than that. He shouldn't be having to fight for test slots with hacks like Rohit Sharma.
