I think BCCI need to focus more on domestic cricket as talent is not coming I agree, but with these selectors, you have a strong feeling that they have a certain liking for few players,I agree that domestic cricket especially pitches need to be watched very closely, also,they need to give youngsters more opportunities .

Not to mention his career average is a very mediocre 34.2 with a pathetic strike rate of 68. Jesus Christ! They obviously know this... Must have seen talent in him though. Lets see. Never seen him play bar IPL or U-19 so I don't want to say anything yet.

Texan Posted August 5, 2015 Posted August 5, 2015 What has Jiwanjot Singh done to warrant selection? Is Baba Aparajith picked as a bowler or a batsman? Some pretty baffling selection. Looking at the bowlers picked, one can't help but feel sad that this is the quality of our back-up.
