Another one farting his mind out without an iota of sense about what he is speaking. How many of the sites banned had child porn?
So Modi got your jackoff material blocked? Can't be that bumbling bureaucracy that considers every problem a nail because hammer is the only tool they got?
Besides, as long as there will be internet, there is going to be access to child porn. You want rid of it? Get intetnet banned in India.
As long as there is a pakistan there will be terrorism. As long as there are men, there will be rapists. As long as there are human beings, rest of the species will suffer. Want me to keep going? Take your third grade logic elsewhere. On second thought, don't. It gives me an opportunity to feel better about myself.

I bet these opportunities don't come around as often. But sadly for you, even this opportunity is nothing but a logically deprived brain trying hard to convince itself of how awesome it is. Coming back to your original statement, what made you beleive that people protesting the ban want child pornography back? How many of the websites that were blocked had child pornography? If you have problem with people jacking off to porn, put it that way. But accusing people of supporting child porn is BS.

twice in a span of an hour. That surprised me because with the aaptards taking over ICF, I didn't believe collective IQ of the board could go lower.

an official said the ban was temporary, in place only until the government adopted new regulations to block child pornography. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/08/04/world/asia/india-orders-blocking-of-857-pornography-websites-targeted-by-activist.html?_r=0 Only 1 of 2 conclusions can be drawn from this: You are too stupid to even read Or you like your kiddie porn.

Look at the petition. It is not about child pornography at all. The petitioner has 5-6k sites on his list to ban. He wants all porn ban, not just child porn. The reason he is giving that kids can access porn easily and his petition says that due to porn crime against woman and children ha increased. So, SC asked govt to take steps in this regard. Govt. banned temporarily until further order from SC on August 10th.

GOI is also looking to bring in regulations to tackle this problem.

Acting like religious police and banning online porn will do shyt. Porn does not incite sexual violence on its own. People who commit sexual violence have other issues. The society needs to be more liberated, outlook of men towards women needs to change. Banning porn is going to achieve nothing. At least, if a pervert faps to porn and releases his frustration, chances are less likely that he will go out and commit a sexual offence (I said less, not unlikely). But then again, what else do you expect out of Modi sarkar. And regarding children watching porn, it is not the govt's job to legislate morality. It should be the parents. Installers blockers in the service so that kids cannot access them. Same goes for internet access for public places. Govt should provide that type of service to people, not bans. Nevertheless, bans do not work. Folks will find a way to access the sites. This is utterly ridiculous.

Our secular experts should be happy about it. After all' date=' Muslims also forbids it. And if it is ordered by court, the government has no role over it. So ask our courts to clarify?[/quote'] What are you talking about? To the best of my knowledge, there aren't any verses from the Holy Quran or any injunctions from the Hadees that prohibit pornography. In fact, I would be very surprised to even find a mention of internet based pornography in the sources stated above.

So libtards want their child porn back? A surprise even for me. I knew these gutter dwellers are hopeless but this much clamour for such depravity and savagery? Has to be a first in the animal kingdom.
For a minute take your head out of BJP's **** and try to see what is being discussed here Some of the websites which were banned Collegehumor, shitbrix, 9gag etc. they don't even have porn

Can you have one single discussion without labeling others, calling other names, etc? I have been a long time lurker of this site and you make me sick. I have never seen bigger obsession with anything, even Sachin fans than your obsession with BJP. Aaptards taking over this site will be a blessed relief after Hindutva champions running riots, demeaning discussions, calling names, spreading hatred

Simulated rape is not rape. Which of those 857 sites have child porn? Shitbrix' date=' a comedy site? College humor, a parody site?[/quote'] do you think they have checked all these sites before banning? Only 5 websites which dont contain porn are banned. These sites have been banned mistakenly as the list was made by petitioner and it is temporary until SC directive on August 10th. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/tech/tech-news/DoT-bans-5-websites-that-dont-even-show-porn/articleshow/48332185.cms

Outrage.. outrage.. outrage. Can we all step back a little and apply some objectivity to what's going on? I am all for pornography, but let's not pretend everything's absolute. There is a big majority population out there comprising of families, women, etc who have a different view of this. A few years back, when I was single, I too would've expressed my outrage over the issue. Who's the govt to decide what I fap to? But now that I am married and has a kid, and seeing young children as young as ten years having access to smartphones and all that crap, I am genuinely worried about this 'celebration of porn' as if its a fundamental right. Porn addiction is on the rise in India which is definitely a matter of concern. As I have stated earlier in this thread, a blanket ban is definitely not the solution, but I don't want children to access porn 'by default' just because its available for free. Yes, I have to take my responsibility as a parent and monitor what they do but there is only to certain extent that is possible. With a porn ban, and an 'opt in/out' system in place, I think it will surely give everyone a win-win situation. I sincerely hope the govt and SC function together and work on this. And lolz, porn ban going to result in electoral losses for BJP? :hysterical:

Here in UK' date=' I use SKY broadband at home and it has this 'broadband block' option which I use to monitor and block problem sites for my kids. (I unblock it when I want to access the sites myself and then re-block it again... :P )..[/quote'] Porn can be blocked easily for children as long as adults in family behave responsibly. Just like passwords ISPs can mandate to provide a code which will unblock porn. Its very simple procedure to implement. DoT needs to enforce this requirement else But I guess Indian ISPs wont do it.. But I am sure babus of DOTdont know difference between Nokia 3310 and Iphone 6.

namo CheerGirl writes open letter on reddit to his political OverLord ; expressing deep concern that Govt is infringing on his right to fap as he spends his days on the Internet "Trenches" :haha: bravely defending Bharat Mata from the vast conspiracy of the Sickularists and Leftist Libtard Progressives.

Dear Mr PM, I was one of those millions who supported you even before it became cool to do so. I am one of those who is still a vocal evangelist of your government to this day. I see a lot of the good that your government is doing, I see the effort you and your govt are taking in undoing some 50 years of decay, barring a few good 5 year runs we have had in the interim. Sir, as an avid supporter, I fervently want you to win 2019, and even 2024, but then with a very young population and one that is increasingly coming online and getting exposed to a wide variety of ideas, you are at the risk of alienating your own voter base – the youth. What business does the state even have in governing the personal lives of the citizens? Why should we be told that watching porn is bad? When you promised Minimum governance, maximum administration, I for one did not have this…nanny state in mind. What then is the difference between Rajivji banning Satanic Verses because a minority of the Muslim community felt that this violated their rights and banning porn because a tiny tiny minority of the majority community felt that it violates THEIR concept of Indian Culture. We are adults, we know what is good for us and what is bad for us. We need a govt that lays roads, bridges, constructs ports, that connects millions to an electricity grid. We need a state that looks out for the welfare of its people over the welfare of the party it represents. We need a govt that takes us and keeps us on a path of 8%+ growth for decades from now. We don’t need a state that imposes its own (and maybe a few cabinet minister’s) narrow and parochial view of culture upon millions. I write this to you in good faith as I wanted you to hopefully hear directly from the trenches.

“Nothing can more efficiently destroy a person, fizzle their mind, evaporate their future, eliminate their potential or destroy society like pornography,” Mr. Vaswani wrote in his petition to the Supreme Court. “It is worse than Hitler, worse than AIDS, cancer or any other epidemic,” he added. “It is more catastrophic than nuclear holocaust, and it must be stopped.”
"Such uncontrolled display of porn advertisement banners usually come out while browsing the internet at home or business meetings and are sufficient to offend the people browsing internet.
"Most people know someone affected by this plague, the worst killer that has ever been devised."
Kamlesh vaswani in his petition
