I know many fans got depressed and stopped watching test cricket(India) when Dhoni was captaining Indian team. Now he is gone and Virat taking over and going in with 5 regular bowlers, how many of you are willing to watch our team playing test cricket once again? I'm one of them. Mods. Please add poll. Thx..

I must admit I had been very annoyed with Dhoni's captaincy and team and nothing seems to have changed with Kohli's captaincy. But I still enjoyed test match cricket due to the new talent coming through like Vijay, Rahane, Rahul, etc...

As idiotic as one can get, more like. If we do win this match, it will be in spite of the selections not because of them. Saha, Nohit, Aaron and arguably Ishant oughtn't be playing.

:hysterical: I am sure these great fans who gave up cricket becoz of Dhoni are queuing up next month to buy tickets for SA tests
yes, because kohli is our captain now. Yes, people would have still watched if dhoni s our captain, but I know lot of people got frustrated and stopped watching test cricket.

Sure Bhajji is ineffective now but soon he will be out and we will have another spinner and can attack more. The effect of 5 bowlers can be seen when good players of spin get in the zone and start playing long innings as well as on pitches that are flatter.

Nohit is a controversial selection, but every captain have their favorite player I guess and if Rohit starts performing, people wouldn't question him.

Nah, Tests are just boring. Does not matter who captains or who plays, they are just boring. Just see the scores in cricinfo twice or thrice, that's all. I may watch the highlights if something extraordinary happens

Ppl have stopped watching cricket...not because they hated teh country or hated Dhoni .....but purely because of negative tactics, negative mind frame and piss poor captaincy of Dhoni... It was like Congress rule It looked like Dhoni doesn't care of winning outside ASIA anymore..... Yeah!! we might not have a best pace attack.....But atleast we should give it a try
