If he panics and deactivates his profile, it is a sign that he wasn't behind proxies all that while and should be identified. If he still sounds confident, then identifying him could get a little tricky.

Dont worry about all that izzat ka savaal etc. If you value your family's safety, people like him should know you mean business. A visit from the cops or a possible arrest might send the message. We contacted the SP of the district who did all that tracking job and found him out. Retard was afraid as hell when they entered his place he didn't accept at first but after a bit of :poink: and tracking details he finally accepted his guilt. :elefant:
