Indian team management should take some bold decisions to give the rookie a chance? He has a trend of keeping a new player to warm bench for some time before playing him, which of course is bad tactic. We have come across an era where we are too reluctant to try new players. I wonder, we were the team who tried players even of 16-17 years. Sometime it works, sometime it doesn't but there's no harm in that.Mayank Aggarwal, Manish Pandey, Manan Vohra, Sanju Samson, Yuzvendra Chahal, Mandeep Singh, Rishi Dhawan, Gurkeerat, Hardik Pandey, Shreyas Iyer, Shreyas Gopal, Unmukt Chand, Sarfraz Khan are some key players to be given chances in near future but with Dhoni I doubt that it would happen.He thought process is awful. Sehwag, Yuvraj, Zaheer, Kaif, Bhajji all were given chances at an early age. But with Dhoni, either you need to be trundler or his favorite to play for India. I mean how can you persist with likes of Rayadu, Binny, Arvind, Vinay Kumar, Mithun. Umesh is fired after two bad matches out of which in one he got wicket with awesome reverse swing in cutter. He needs to be backed. Kohli is the go to man for backing our fast bowlers.Look at the test squad, he has bowlers, Ishant, Varun, Umesh, the best attack as of now. But Dhoni loves trundlers, even if they get smacked around the park. Mosher and bowl_out 2
