I kind of agree with you. As bad as Afridi is, other batters in the Pakistani middle order are almost worse. Basically all of them struggle to score more than a run a ball or score more than 20. Watching Umar Akmal and others bat  yesterday was cringe worthy.

This guy has been a curse to the Pakistan team. Hope for Pakistan's cricket sake this time the retirement is real and there is no "pressure" from fans and family members not to retire.

he must be in the team as an allrounder. others should retire like akmal,wahab,malik,sami,shezad,etc. And should give the captaincy to a youngster.
