2007 was more dramatic as no one expected Misbah to try a scoop shot when victory was in sight. 

 

2016 final was also dramatic, but not as the 2007 one. But you gotta give it to the Kolkata crowd. Supported a neutral game and made it an evening of fun. The crowd for the 2007 final was never a doubt since two Asian teams were playing with the biggest fan following. 

 

But 2016 edition, the response from the people was mind boggling. Augurs well for the T20 format in India.

The crowds made the WT20 great. Indian crowds were very good even in neutral games.
