Close adding teams after max 10 matches (there is an option to block new entries)

Seems like anyone can get any of their teams which is doing well into the league at any time. We should have locked the league atleast after initial 2 matches as we had all the regular players joined by then.

I have asked for the opinion whether we should allow him or not because its just 4 matches gone in a 60 matches tournament. I will lock the league whenever the majority tells me.
