He scored 68 n.o off 53 balls with 4 sixes and 3 fours. He did not get a chance to open today. Could have played even faster then as he has done a few times in this IPL. He was not that effective in the last 3 overs. Sachin Baby played a nice cameo in the end ...25 n.o off 13 balls. Samson gave him good support. 34 n.o off 26 deliveries with 2 sixes. Both these young players were not out an won it for their team. What more can you ask of them. He said in the post match interview that the ball was stopping and coming on this pitch...that makes it even harder. 6 sixes and 7 fours. He hit very powerful shots in front of the wicket against the spinners and even Zaheer. It was a fearless innings. Picked up 2 for 15 too. Would like to see how he plays genuine pace.
