David Miller, fresh off his second century in three ODI innings, will not be available for the rest of the series against Sri Lanka because of a finger injury.

 

Miller sustained a cut to the little finger of his right hand during the second ODI in Durban when he could not quite get underneath a diving catch in the eighth over of the Sri Lanka innings. He did not field for the remainder of the match and will require stitches which means seven to 10 days of recovery time.

New Zealand fast bowler Neil Wagner has fractured his left ring finger while playing in the domestic List A tournament, the Ford Trophy, putting him in doubt for New Zealand's Test series against South Africa in March.

Bangladesh opening batsman Imrul Kayes  has been ruled out of contention for the one-off Test against India, which starts on Thursday in Hyderabad. Imrul injured his left thigh while fielding on day two of the Bangladeshis' tour match against India A at the Gymkhana ground.

Australian all-rounder Mitchell Marsh has been ruled out of the remaining two Tests of the India vs Australia Border-Gavaskar series due to a shoulder injury.

Its actually a bad news for us as marsh was a walking wicket

Damn..... he was their only passenger.... can't bat or bowl,   especially in India 

 

Was really enjoying his presence in the Aussie team     :phehe:

New Zealand opening batsman Martin Guptill expressed his discomfort in both hamstrings and therefore has been sidelined from any cricketing action for six weeks.

Would also miss IPL and champions trophy as recovery may take upto 9 months

Team India opening batsman Rohit Sharma and middle order wicket-keeper batsman Kedar Jadhav have been ruled out of the upcoming Deodhar Trophy 2017 due to injuries.

Fast bowler Mohammed Shami has been ruled out of the fourth and final Test match as he has not yet recovered from his injury and is still undergoing treatment under physio Patrick Farhart.
