"How can three full members - Universities, Railways and Services -- be relegated to associate members?" asked Rohatgi. "The three constituents have not been heard before. The order of 18th July should be recalled." The Attorney General opposed the Lodha Panel recommendations. The one-state one-vote policy was one of the issues that BCCI had vehemently objected to. Trichromatic Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 AG has requested SC to recall the decision and refer the issue to a larger bench. This could be better for everyone as it may give a chance to court to take decision again after more debate. If that happens then it's better for cricket.
