The tussle between BCCI and S Sreesanth has taken another twist with the Indian fast bowler reportedly considering taking the BCCI to court over their reluctance to provide him with a No Objection Certificate that would allow him to resume playing cricket.

It cannot be that simple. Probably has a time cap wrt retirement. Only those who have retired from intl cricket more than 1-2 years ago neednțt apply for the NOC.

the problem is Sreesanth was acquitted, what does bcci hold against him now ?
