I had written despite the runs , because something in the manner of batting suggests the technical and temperamental deficiencies which will get exploited by teams that can catch better and bowl better. Would have been gone stumped early. He has had the tendency to jump out of the crease and do wild swish (more than once in his test career and even in the past, he has had close escapes). That's why I had said - notwithstanding the runs in this match and dsr jumps up and down without reading it.
