But why were all the players caught were from misbah's team? Is it cause everyone thinks that misbah is a spineless, timid leader who won't do anything to stop them?

Happens all the time actually. Police wait for someone to actually break into a house/bank etc and catch them red handed with evidence.

 

Even here they knew spot fixing two balls wont affect either team. Brilliant move

Not sure why then security agencies get blamed for any unfortunate event... everyone say what they were doing if they were aware and had 'reports' about this event to happen... We should instead say, not their fault, these were reports only, it was not happened yet, they were right to let the event happen first...
