Ankit_sharma03
Rule 1- Cant pick more then one player from one country Rule 2 : that player shud have played international T20 cricket. Here is mine Jos butler - ENG (WK) Bmac - Nz (captain) Kohli - IND ABDV- SA Shakib - bang Ryan ten - netherlands Russell- WI Rashid khan- AFGH Starc- AUS Umar gul - Pak Malinga - SL Warner vs Starc was the hardest choice Dropping bumrah wasnt easy infact he was there when i started making it but realise i needed someone like kohli rather then babar or williamson which were the option that i was mostly left with . Still feel my new ball attack lacks a bit but from 11-20 over good luck against this attack Gul n starc both are good lapebaaz , rashid is a very capable lower order player shakib was a compromise but still his economy is pretty good and incase of collapse him n ryan ten are good options to take this team to a decent total which my bowling can defend. They both wud be floaters for me....mostly ill push russell n rashid ahead of them BMAC, abdv, kohli gives me good fielder on field as well Edited May 17, 2020 by Ankit_sharma03 Link to comment
Gollum
Gayle (WI) McCullum (NZ) wk, vc B. Taylor (Zim)...remember him single-handedly beating Aus in 2007 WT20 Morgan (Eng) captain Maxwell (Aus) Shakib (BD) Afridi (Pak) Nabi (Afg) Steyn (RSA)....peak Steyn was a damn fine T20 cricketer, career avg 18, ER 6.95 Malinga (SL) Bumrah (Ind) Batting order isn't fixed, if they lose early wicket send in Taylor/Shakib to keep L/R combo, if it is 100/1 after 9 overs send in Morgan/Maxwell/Afridi and push Taylor and Shakib behind Nabi. GOAT opening pair, explosive 3 lefties in top 7 Explosive MO.....Morgan, Maxy, Afridi all can go at 200 SR depending on match situation Batting depth with Nabi at #8 8 bowling options (incl Gayle, Maxy) with 6 of them being world class, 3 quicks and 3 spinners Best T20 new ball quick in Steyn One SLA, OS, LS each Tough to leave out Kohli but couldn't resist Bumrah-Malinga pair. Also this team doesn't need an accumulator no matter how consistent. ABDV has a poor T20 record, it was always going to be among Kock, Tahir and Steyn from RSA. Since NZ's best is Baz (wk) and we already have good spinners from BD/Afg/Pak chose Steyn. Nabi over Rashid so that we have a world class offie alongside SLA and LS. He is also more consistent with the bat, to balance out the inconsistent but devastating Afridi. Picked Afridi from Pak as at his peak he was such an asset and tournament winner, 150 SR with the bat and has run through teams multiple times with the ball. Maxwell from Aus cos IMO he is the most dangerous MO bat in T20 cricket, as explosive as the WI bats but more consistent, also good against pace/spin alike, outstanding fielder and handy bowler. Morgan for his captaincy, batting, to keep left-right combo Taylor because couldn't find anyone better from Zim/Ire/Ned Edited May 11, 2020 by Gollum Link to comment

Manny_Pacquiao
I'm doing this based on historical IPL performances: 1. IND: Kohli - best T20 batsman ever. IPL record for most runs in a single season (973), IPL all-time leading run scorer 2. AUS: Warner - IPL's best foreign batsman ever. 3 consecutive seasons w/ 500+ runs, top 5 batting average 3. RSA: AB de villiers - avg near 40 w/ SR of 150+, plays all around the ground, scores easily against the best bowlers, exceptional fielder 4. ENG: Buttler - safe wicket-keeper, SR 150+, consistently good six-hitter 5. TNT: Pollard - complete all-rounder: SR 146, wicket taking bowler, exceptional fielder 6. JAM: Russell - complete all-rounder: IPL all-time leading SR (186!!!) w/ bowling SR under 20 7. NZ: Mccullum - honorable mention for his 158 in the 2008 IPL opener, possibly the best innings ever, unforgettable 8. AFG: Rashid khan - best ER in IPL history, and one of the best SR, useful lower order batsman 9. NEP: Lamicchane - excellent SR, one of the best young bowlers in the world 10. SL: Malinga - IPL all-time leading wicket-taker, best death bowler ever. 4 seasons w/ 20+ wickets 11. BAN: Mustafizur rahman - great death bowler, helped SRH win 2016 IPL west indies is not a real country. TNT - trinidad and tobago, JAM - jamaica, and other islands are separate nations Edited May 17, 2020 by Manny_Pacquiao Link to comment
