They can help them financially,use their grounds/conditions, players can play in at least List A competitions of each other. Will help a lot of our players if we can arrange few of our domestic games in Irish/Scotland conditions. Link to comment

Even in Rugby you ask what the Irish fans expected from the team in the 2015 wc they will say a semi would be nice. You ask BD fans about the 2019 WC they will say they will win it hands down. Took 70 years and billions of US dollars of gross revenue before 1 billion strong population could produce decent pace bowlers like Kapil, Srinath, Zaheer, Umesh, Aaron, and Shami. If you factor man-years-dollars, forget Pakistan or New Zealand, or Ireland who have already made a Boyd Rankin...even Djibouti (the city, not even the country) would have created more overall quality fast bowlers.
