If you look at his wickets share out of all Indian wickets in the subcontinent...there is a 50-50 chance.

He picked up 21 last time, with 17 in first 2 tests.

He needs an average of over 4 wickets an innings. I don't think he will get it until the next series. Jaddu is sure to have 1-2 innings where he is the spinner with the most wickets. This match also seems to be one where our pacers will take wickets. Kohli likes to bowl pacers and get them wickets to improve their confidence, and we may have a score of 600+ after the 1st innings. There doesn't seem like there will be much pressure on our guys in this match, so Ashwin might be under-bowled.

He won't get it this series meaning he will have to do it in RSA. Hope he gets redemption there, great asset to have. His form has been iffy since last December but he will always be one of our greatest matchwinners of all time. 6-7 MOS is no joke, its is frighteningly awesome.
