Watching the replay of 2nd days play between Bengal and Vidarbha. Left armer Kanishk Seth also looking good though not as quick as Porel but still looks around 85 mph and getting the ball to swing in to right handers. He too is young, just turned 20.

Vijay, Ishant Sharma, Kuldeep Yadav and Rohit Sharma who were omitted from the playing XI could be released from the Indian team to take part in the sixth round of Ranji Trophy.

in fact, i rate him as best upcoming fast bowlers after lalit yadav ......ahead of all others like .porel...etc...

k seth- good pace ,swings in , bowls fullish good-length....can be our amir?????

Needs to increase pace. Kanishk was from u19 batch of Avesh and Khaleel. Wasn't selected for u19 WC last year. Underwhelming, Rahul Batham was selected. Still, I consider Porel more promising.

he underwent a knee surgery.

Dhruv has picked up a wicket but has been expensive, giving a lot of width, needs to work on his bowling action. has decent pace.

Sourabh Kumar is Indian Herath. Similar height and action and he is a very good bowler too, can bat too. Recently scored a fast 100 for UP.

He played in the kanga league in October, it's now mid November.

Unmukt Chand not playing because he sustained injury after playing soccer. Who the eff tells them to play soccer before cricket match. Anyways, he hasn’t had fantastic season, ao he could be dropped. Don’t know how long Gambhir will persist with him.
