This is a huge plain area, kind of a meadow on top of a hill. This is called Chilmiri Neck, Chakrata, at an altitude of about 2200 meters. Will be a great summer stadium. Though it will be even colder than Dharmshala in winters and will also see snowfall at times. This is how it is when it snows. Nice pics man, but the problem would be access parking and the whole host of utilities needed for a stadium, it could probably become a school ground types, i remember a place in himachal where there is such a ground.
