Yup it was like Dhoni wanted to get it over soon. The most dissappointing thing was loosing wickets to Ali who is not even top 10 spinners in the world. Pujara’s game in the series was bad getting bowled through for moen Ali deliveries.

I was looking forward to the away tour after our performance against Aus, but after Ind-SL my excitement has reduced. Shami blows hot and cold and can be out of the game any second, Yadav has regressed beyond repair, and Ishant is well Ishant. BK has improved so will be watching him without any expectations.

 

The less said about our slip catching and batting in slightly bowling conducive conditions the better. It might be our worst touring batting unit in decades.

 

All in all not much to look forward to. Watching cryptos has been much more fun and diverted my attention from cricket. I'd loved to be proven wrong and wish the team all the best.

Don't be so negative banjo. Even before a ball is bowled.  Plenty of reasons to be optimistic.
