Yeah, but some kids these days are trying to rewrite history by stating that the 90s batting lineup wasn't just sachin  by mentioning players like dravid, ganguly, azhar, siddhu. The thing is none of these players were good enough in the 90s, it was just sachin.

Is that stats against namibia,ZIM,BD, Uganda and kenya

 

Its like putting Pappu patel in Maniac's bangladesh team.. Even he ll look like ATG

Didn't do much against Pakistan in the QF .Plodded along and wasted the powerplay overs and got out.Luckily Sidhu and Jadeja saved the day.

Did well against Lanka (twice ) and Australia but we lost all three games anyway.

WIndies win was set up by bowlers and Kambli scored the hundred against Zimbabwe.The other game was against minnows Kenya .

So even if Sachin had an average tournament , we would have had the same results.

Would have beaten Pakistan in QF ,WIndies and Zimbabwe in GS and lost to Australia and Lanka regardless.

So no he didn't carry us .
