So many choices available for commentary if they wanted an Indian voice, or even an ex-player - Wouldn't Zaheer Khan be well-suited for it?  He's played a lot in England - including county cricket, and was part of a winning touring test unit as well.  Wonder what the reason is for opting for Harbhajan.

 

 

 

 

Ganguly is India's best commentator. Not sure why he does not regularly does commentary.

I wouldn't call him best. I can understand your affinity for him, but I have very little tolerance for his shameless, careless mispronunciation of player names.

Ganguly is busy with his administrative roles with Bengal cricket, but he did say in a recent interview that he wants take a break and do some commentary during the England tour
