David Warner will join Steve Smith in making their cricket comeback at the Global T20 Canada League after being picked by Winnipeg Hawks in the player draft on Sunday (June 3).

Tom Moody, Waqar Younis to coach in Global T20 Canada League

As per reports, former Pakistan pacer Younis will coach the Winnipeg Eagles while former Australian all-rounder Moody, who coached Sunrisers Hyderabad in the recently concluded IPL, will be in control of the Montreal Tigers. Former West Indies coach Phil Simmons will be mentoring the Toronto Nationals.

The other remaining teams, Edmonton Royals and Vancouver Knights, will be under the control of PSL coach Mohammad Akram and Jamaican coach Donovan Miller, respectively.

Wow will fail spectacularly this when the Indian community absolutely wants to assimilate they bring in a distinct immigrant sport at league level. They should start promoting the game in schools first.
