fineleg Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Who should replace Yuseless for next match vs SL at Canberra? Absolutely looking yuseless, we need a change
Cricketics Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 man we don't need to replace him.. and stop calling him by that crap name..
Dravid Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 karthikkkkkk give him a chance damn it  me thinks.. if he sits out..they will prob give raina a chance...but doubt yuvi will sit out
fineleg Posted February 10, 2008 Author Posted February 10, 2008 karthikkkkkk give him a chance damn it  me thinks.. if he sits out..they will prob give raina a chance...but doubt yuvi will sit out I think Suresh Raina deserves a chance. He (Raina) cannot do any worse, can he!?
Dravid Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 our selectors dont have the balls to drop yuvi from odi's,lol
mhr123 Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 I am sure yuvi will get a chance in the next match .... he is too good a batsman to be out of form for a long period.Come on yaar,ek series kharab ho gayee yaar peeche padh gaye...dont forget yar he has just returned from a injury.
mhr123 Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Poll again finey ?:haha: fineleg ke addat hai kuch na kuch kurafaat karne ke :D:D:D
Gambit Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Where is the 'He shouldn't be replaced' option? Looks like the selectors aren't the only ones with this retarded logic of dropping players in ODIs for their poor test form. Yuvraj was ace against Aus and Pak in the home series, has been our ODI bat for a while now. 3 failures aren't going to lead to his dropping.
Sachinism Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 if anyone is to replace him, it has to be Raina
King Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 None. Yuvi is a good enough player ad you don't replace someone because he's failed in couple of ODIs. Yuvi is a class act and a match winner. He should be persisted with.
fineleg Posted February 10, 2008 Author Posted February 10, 2008 Ravi, Its not becos he did not "score runs" . Its how he is playing whether or not he has scored. He is looking totally clueless and confused.
Dhondy Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 CLose this thread and replace Fineleg for Canberra.
Cricketics Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 u guyz will open threadz like "yuvi, the mvp player" now after couple of failiurz, he is useless??? i mean how many carrerz u ppl wanna spoil? imagine u on the job, and u did a minor mistake and would u like to be removed from ur job rite away?? crap
fineleg Posted February 10, 2008 Author Posted February 10, 2008 Ticz, This is not abt individual players. There is no emotional attachment to individualz. The team composition is decided based on whoz best to be in the 11 to enable us to win as a team. This is not based on personal decisionz. Right now, YS is totally clueless whether to put his foot forward or go back and play the ball. Whether to play the ball or leave it? Whether to play it with soft hands or stroke it fully? Whether to leave the ball, or guide it to third man or poke/dab? Thatz the problem. And Suresh Raina has done decently in domestics, why not try him? Maybe he can play well - try him atleast.
chanakya Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Blah posting this just to increase my post count otherwie this thread is not worth mentioning
fineleg Posted February 10, 2008 Author Posted February 10, 2008 Blah posting this just to increase my post count otherwie this thread is not worth mentioning Arre, have you even been seeing how YS has been playing the entire Aus summer!? He is fighting a mental battle.
mhr123 Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Arre' date=' have you even been seeing how YS has been playing the entire Aus summer!? [b']He is fighting a mental battle. u mean he is unable to decide mentally who to choose Between KIM and Deepkia .... :D:D
sandtest Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Finey...no need to rest him from ODIs and T20s -- he is capable enough to hold his ground despite some failures recently. However, I have laways said, Yuvraj should have NEVER been included in TEST SQUAD in Aussie land....His techniques are simply not meant for that. I hope selectors get some sense and rest Yuvraj from Test matches at the same time continuing with him in ODIs and T20s -- The will be best for India!! There are many folks like Akash Chopra, Badrinath to claim a place in Test squad instead of Yuvi.
