I will go with Butler, though have a feeling Kock will get plenty of runs as well.

I don't care about mentoring, field setting, advice etc cuz there are separate people for that. All I want is score runs , take catches that come to you , be quick in stumpings and make right drs calls. 

Butler fills all those and will be the best wk bat with QDK , a distant second. 

Chitti Mushi and Hope will do well. Rest all are meh.

I think Quinton d'kock will have a great WC. Should perform relatively well in both department. I didn't choose Buttler. I have a feeling he will perform in 1-2 matches and would be mediocre in the rest
